Data Request Web GUI

The aim of the Data Request Web GUI is to facilitate the use of Martin Juckes' Data Request Python API (DreqPy API) in so far, that the user does not have to install the DreqPy package and can generate and download a customized data request for his climate model and/or experiment using a simple selection menu.
